What is the minimum rental period?

3 months minimum required, If you require a period of less than three months, please contact our sales team at 888-939-0011 or rent@mdmaxx.com to discuss alternative options and pricing.

Is this program available to international customers?

No, currently we only allow orders from the U.S. (excluding US Territories).

How do you charge me for the following months?

MDMaxx charges the credit or debit card on file every month from the initial order date. If you want to apply for Terms? Contact our sales team for assistance at rent@mdmaxx.com

Why do you need to collect a deposit?

The deposit for the rental machines is held to cover any damages or non-return of the equipment. Once the rental period is over and the machine is returned in good condition, the deposit is refunded.

What if I break or lose the machine?

You will be charged up to 80% of the new machine price, as per MDMaxx policy.
